Meher Bano Qureshi arrested for violating Section 144

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Meher Bano Qureshi, and the daughter of PTI Vice Chair Shah Mehmood Qureshi, has been arrested in Multan.
According to the police, Meher Bano was arrested along with several PTI workers for violating Section 144.
Additionally, Multan police also arrested Zahid Bahar Hashmi, the son-in-law of former PTI leader Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, and Dileer Mehr, a PTI ticket holder from Multan, for participating in the protest called by the party on February 8 to observe Black Day.
